Placing an Order Shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at FurnitureDepotOhio.com. You will receive confirmation immediately after your order is placed. For any changes after submission, please contact Furniture Depot at 1-330-923-6108.
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® credit cards. For online purchases, only one credit card may be used per order.
Your credit card is authorized for the full amount, including taxes, at checkout. The charge is processed only after we have contacted you by phone or email to confirm that all details meet your expectations and ensure timely fulfillment.
Pricing Errors Furniture Depot reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies on our website and to cancel orders placed at erroneous prices, even after order confirmation. If an order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will notify you promptly and refund any authorized payments. We are not obligated to honor prices that are clearly erroneous or significantly below market value.
Sales Tax All merchandise purchases are subject to applicable state and local sales taxes based on the shipping or delivery destination. Estimated sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the total selling price of each item. If tax rates change between order placement and when your card is charged, the final tax amount may differ from the estimate shown at checkout.
Delivery Methods The size and weight of your purchase determine the most efficient delivery method.
No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly - Larger items are delivered using our own service, which includes assembly, placement in your room of choice and removal of all packaging materials. Within two business days of us receiving your products, you will be contacted to schedule delivery. An adult must be present during delivery. To reschedule, contact Furniture Depot at (330) 923-6108 as soon as possible. We require 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation; additional fees may apply for late changes, if no one is available at the scheduled time, or if the driveway or walkway is not accessible. Please ensure the delivery path and placement area are clear of obstructions, keep driveways clear and plowed, and inform us of any potential obstacles in advance. Keep children and pets safely away during the process.
Warehouse Pickup - Available at our location: 3656 State Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 (same as our store). We will assist with loading. Customers are responsible for properly securing items. We recommend inspecting all items before loading. We are not liable for damage resulting from loading or insecure transport. Products that leave the store must be signed for as “in good condition” by the buyer before pickup. Your signature on the receipt confirms inspection and acceptance in good condition. If items are unavailable at the time of sale, we will notify you when order is ready for pickup. Pickup hours: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Every day except Wednesdays and Sundays.
You have 24 hours after pickup to report defects. Contact Furniture Depot Customer Support at (330) 923-6108; we will arrange repairs or replacement. Any product that leaves the store and is not damaged is not refundable or returnable. For manufacturing defects discovered after 24 hours, refer to the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly fees are set by FurnitureDepotOhio.com and may vary by market. Review fees in your shopping cart before checkout. Additional charges may apply for deliveries above or below ground level or in unusual& circumstances.
Delivery of Your Purchase For No-Hassle Delivery + Assembly, inspect items thoroughly upon arrival. Note any defects or damage on the delivery receipt and report immediately by calling Furniture Depot Customer Support at (330) 923-6108. You may refuse damaged items at delivery.
Change or Cancellation Our fulfillment process begins immediately upon order placement. To modify or cancel, contact us promptly at (330) 923-6108. We do not accept returns or cancellations on customized furniture.
You will receive email confirmation of any cancellation. If the item has shipped, returns follow our Return Policy.

- Online: Orders placed through our website require full payment upfront for your convenience.
2. We Order It: Once your payment is processed, we’ll confirm the sale with you and confirm the timeframe with our trusted vendors. All merchandise is shipped directly to our store, where our team ensures everything is in order.
3. Come Check It Out: When your item arrives at our store, we’ll call you to stop by and inspect it in person.
4. Love It? It's Yours: If you’re happy with your purchase, pay the remaining balance (for in-store/phone orders) and take it home — or we’ll schedule delivery for you. All deliveries are confirmed and coordinated from our home office for a seamless experience.
5. Not Perfect? We've Got You Covered: If the item isn’t right for you — for any reason — let us know. You can choose to reselect a different item, or we’ll refund your deposit (or full payment for online orders) via check within 7-10 business days.
